You can now create and submit eBird checklists directly from your iPhone with BirdsEye BirdLog. This version will only work in North America – a worldwide version will be available in about a week according to BirdsEye. Here’s a video demo if you want to see how it works.

$20/$10 for an app to provide their scientist’s with Data? Why such a steep price when all the other bird apps have logging built in. It’s not THAT much different if you want to keep bird lists. If you like BirdsEye – great. You can still keep a list many other places (cheaper) to import.
